My Morning Routine for Creating Habits | 2018

I believe one of the best ways to change one's life, is through habit. Oftentimes, we think of "habits" in a negative way. However, good habits can be life-changing. Good habits can be the only thing you need to drastically transform your life. But healthy habits, the ones that you can use for good, don't just happen, you have to create them.

One useful tool I use to create habits is routines. Creating a routine that I can commit to each day, with the end goal clearly defined, is how I create healthy habits. For example, it was important for me to meditate, to exercise, to visualize and to show gratitude for all that I have. Though I wanted to do these things, I found it hard to come around to actually doing them. Well, I decided to create a routine for these things, and I would commit to the routine until they became a habit, enter morning routine. 

In today's video, I share with you my morning routine which I've been doing since the start of the new year. 

I use the power of accountability as motivation, and by this, I mean that since January 1st, 2018 I've been sharing my journey on my Instagram stories. This helps keep me on track and it's another routine I committed to.
